Crystal plays Venice’s main character Gina Brogno, a self-made interior designer who is strong, independent and has an extremely dry wit. She exudes sexuality and confidence, but is still trying to gain the approval of her father, the Colonel. Gina also happens to be gay, but lives by the philosophy of ‘who you sleep with and why is no one else’s business.' The plot of the web series centers on Gina’s life, family, love interests and community.

An Emmy Award Winning actress, Crystal Chappell has recently reprised her role as Dr. Carly Manning on NBC-TV’s Days of Our Lives, for which she received Soap Opera Award’s Hottest Female Star. She first played Dr. Manning in the 1980s, when she quickly became one of daytime TV’s most sought- after and popular actresses.

For the past 10 years Crystal portrayed Olivia Spencer on CBS-TV’s Guiding Light. In 2002, she won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and received other nominations for the same role in 2005 and 2006. Crystal has received great acclaim by both the media and fans for her groundbreaking performance in Guiding Light’s historic Otalia storyline and remains one of daytime’s top stars.

In addition, she also starred as Maggie Carpenter on ABC-TV’s One Life to Live and is a fan favorite. Her myriad of supporters continue to follow her many endeavors. Although Crystal feels honored by her awards, her proudest achievements are her sons Jacob Walker and Dylan Michael Sabatino. She is married to Michael Sabatino.
