Go behind the scenes with Michael Fairman for Advocate.com for his video interview package with the cast of the upcoming web series, Venice. Filmed on location in Venice Beach, California, Fairman caught up with the star of the series and co-creator, Crystal Chappell, head writer and producer, Kim Turrisi, and Chappell’s soap opera cast mates, Gina Tognoni, Nadia Bjorlin and Jessica Leccia. Will magic strike twice for Chappell and Leccia? The duo played the enormously popular duo Otalia on Guiding Light, and it was through Chappell’s peristence and vision that made the new series come to life. The actress tells Advocate.com fans that she was very touched by the support of same-sex couples during her time on Guiding Light, that she wanted to find a way to keep that connection and tell their stories.
